- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Strive for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and goals.
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience preferred.
