Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.

- Design and implement test protocols and procedures to validate product performance and reliability.
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to assess product quality and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements and monitor supplier performance.
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ASQ certification) may be preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related role within manufacturing or engineering industries.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistical Analysis.
- Experience with quality inspection and testing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
