Pharmacy Jobs In Amritsar Responsibilities:
- Determine, negotiate, and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Investigate and establish standards for quality and health and safety.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for product development, ensuring proper implementation and adherence.
- Monitor and audit quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Address and resolve quality issues promptly to maintain product integrity.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on quality control and safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
- Ensure timely sampling of in-process and final product samples from the production department as per the quality plan.
- Adhere to the standard quality plan during sampling, testing, result status updating, and the transfer and storage of control samples in the sample cell.
- Maintain and store samples properly in the sample cell.
- File test reports of raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), and raw material/packaging material (RM/PM) Certificates of Analysis (COAs) in an organized manner.
- Update and maintain the sampling records regularly and accurately.
- Share test results and task status with senior management in a timely manner.
- Follow all standards and timelines for quality control (QC) activities.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities.
- Document and report test results, deviations, and any corrective actions taken.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze and interpret test data, identifying trends and potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related concerns.
Sample Management:
- Collect, label, and manage samples for testing, ensuring proper storage and traceability.
- Coordinate with other departments for sample receipt and distribution.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control workflow.
- Propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
